Our vison is to build dynamic platforms resulting in building humanity and raising consciousness. We are a complete full service Entertainment Company focused on TV, Film Gaming, Music and Productions.

Chad Lefevre, COO

20 years of executive business and leadership experience, including senior management and operations, business development, branding, marketing, communications, event production, public relations, technology design and development. Lead strategy, development of digital and video game production teams and/or co-produced live event projects. Brands involving his work include Coca-Cola, Sony Music Latin, United Way, Telus, Jack Canfield, Elizabeth Gilbert.

Michael Shaun Conaway, CCO

Film & Commercial Writer, Director, Producer. Noted for directing WeRiseUP, this year's highly acclaimed social documentary. Michael Shaun has created, creative directed and directed commercials and branding for some of the industry’s top companies and organizations including: Coca Cola, Dollar Shave Club, Owens Corning, Telus NASA, MCA Universal, Phillips, NASCAR, CART, MotoGP, NBC, The Olympics, Microsoft, Kodak Hewlett Packard.

Jeff Silver, CFO

Jeff has 30 years of corporate finance, private equity, M&A, investment banking, CFO, business development, and entrepreneurial executive management experience. Jeff has been involved in over 50 closed corporate finance transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $10B. Jeff graduated with honors with an MBA from UCLA Anderson (1995), a BBA from the University of San Diego (1988), and serves as a Past President of UCLA Anderson’s Orange County Alumni Network.

Alex Melnyk, Head of Development & Production

Manager of the international pop band, The Thompson Twins. Executive producer of the legendary film production company, Propaganda Films. Alex works with the biggest directors of her generation, Antoine Fuqua, David Fincher, and Spike Jonze. She made the jump to digital as the VP of Interactive at MCA/Universal before starting her own film company and agency, Storyworks.

Damian Lee, Exec. Producer & Advisor

Since 1982 Lee has written, directed and produced over sixty feature films, some of which have spawned profitable and entertaining sequels such as the perennial teen favorite Ski School. He’s cast many stars in their first feature film roles. Notable credits include Woman Wanted with Kiefer Sutherland and Holly Hunter; Sacrifice with Cuba Gooding Jr. and Christian Slater; A Dark Truth with Andy Garcia, and Academy Award Winner Forest, and Break Out with Brendan Fraser.

Len Branson, Producer

Len is a Belgian television producer. He is also the brilliant creator of the acclaimed documentary, Superwise ME! - Law of the Heart, picked up by national television in Holland and selected for the European Buddhist Film Festival in Amsterdam and the Eigentijds Festival Holland. In a previous more corporate life, Len was International Program Director of MTV Belgium and the Netherlands. He also produced award winning TV formats like the MTV Awards, Top of the Pops (for BBC) and Kids Top 20 (for CTM). 

Jacob Silver, Producer

BA Film Production, MBA Finance, experienced in physical production, finance, ICO rollout, strategy, global IP and P&L management.  Jacob has produced television, feature films, AAA rated video games, Ford and Pepsi Superbowl commercials. He was part of the initial "CALL OF DUTY" franchise team which is the most financially successful entertainment property in history generating $6 Billion annually. 

Mary Duda, Executive Producer, Multimedia

Mary Duda has been a technology industry leader, fine artist, author and forward thinker for over two decades, as an authoritative voice on the development and application of multimedia technology. She has been a leading multimedia architect for several clients, including Disney, the Los Angeles Olympic Committee, the US and Canadian Government’s.

David Ortiz, Executive Producer, Games

25 years of global experience pioneering award winning products in video gaming and real money gaming. Senior Producer & Project Lead -Madden NFL, Creative Director of North American Sports Studio-Sony Computer Entertainment. Executive Producer and Acting Studio Head-Warner Bro Games. Lead Game Designer, Microsoft Games Studios. 100 Most Influential People in Gaming - 29th, "Game of the Year" - multiple awards. Founded Deuces Digital and sold to iPro Games. CEO and Founder of Simwin Sports.

Rick One Dixon, Music Supervisor

A.K.A. R1ckOne, is co-owner of 3013 Music & Media Group. He is a world class DJ, composer, music producer and voting member of the Recording Academy. He is the Executive Producer of CrazyTown “X”. R1ckOne has played for the Oscars, GRAMMYs, A-List celebrities, on film and TV. In addition to producing the Black Eyed Peas, his credits include Justin Timberlake, Nipsey Hussle, Too Short, MC Lite, Phife (of Tribe Called Quest), Will.i.am, Fergie, and Flo Rida. 

Derin James Turner, Director / Producer

An award winning director and producer with over 15 years experience working in film and video production. As the Chief Creative Officer at VR Playhouse, Derin has spent the past 4 years developing custom solutions for production and post production in the VR and 360 video landscape. A pioneer in VR, Derin continues to direct and produce framed content for film and television.

Kelly Miyahara, Television Host

For the past 14 years, Kelly traveled the world bringing video clues to life on America’s favorite quiz show, Jeopardy!. Kelly’s passion for sports and voice work collided when she became the Sports Jeopardy! on-air announcer alongside host, Dan Patrick. Kelly is no stranger to athletic competition, and grew up an athlete. She’s since found passion in competition for a cause and became an accomplished IRONMAN triathlete, while fundraising for cancer research. Ironically, Kelly recently became a proud cancer survivor herself.

Miranda Toralba, Social Media Marketing

Miranda has spent the last 10 years in the sales and marketing industry dedicating her leadership and tenacity to a wide variety of industries including travel and tourism, professional sports, tech, and digital advertising. She has had the privilege to work with the Seattle Seahawks the NBA D-League, and developed successful marketing campaigns for Hudson Jeans, Vans, and ProActiv during her tenure at Pandora Radio, and worked under Sony Music as a Global Marketing Manager. Miranda has a passion for visual story-telling and connecting audiences and brands through creative different outlets.  

Mark Zoeller, Visual Effects, Animation

Mark Zoeller has a long affiliation with film and television, awarded two Emmy® Awards in Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation. He has worked for all the major studios, Warner Bros., Disney, DreamWorks, Fox, Marvel, and Technicolor to name a few. His experience has spanned the worlds of Entertainment, Advertising, and Academia. His skills and vast knowledge of visual storytelling and design are vastly sought out.

Arnold Cruz, CMO

20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.  As Division Manager at Icelandic Glacial Inc., he has been the leading sales and marketing force on the west coast since 2011.  Arnold’s scope of duties include regional and national management, as well as the build up of the e-commerce site with major companies such as Amazon, Walmart and  Jet.com.
